      The author studies properties of exceptional sets and the behavior of exceptional values of entire functions. So, he establishes that if \(P\) is a compact subset of the unit disc in the plane and the capacity of \(P\) is equal to zero, then \(P\) is the exceptional set (Theorem 1). In Theorem 2, the behavior of exceptional values of entire functions is investigated.
