In the paper, the authors prove, under some technical assumption, the following conjecture stated by G. Tian: Let \(\pi:X\rightarrow Y\) be a holomorphic mapping between compact Kähler manifolds. Let \(\omega_X\) be a Kähler metric on \(X\) and \(\omega_Y\) be a Kähler metric on \(Y\) with \(\dim X=n\geq m=\dim Y\). Then \(\omega_t=\pi^*\omega_Y+t\omega_X\) are Kähler forms for every \(t>0\) and for \(t=0\) the form degenerates. Suppose that \(F\in L^{\infty}(X)\) and \(u_t\in PSH(\omega_t)\) (i.e., \(u_t \) is a \(\omega_t\)-plurisubharmonic function -- an upper semicontinuous function on \(X\) such that the current \(\omega_t+dd^cu_t\) is weakly positive) be a solution of the Monge-Ampère equation \[ (\omega_t+dd^cu_t)^n=c_tt^{n-m}F\omega_X^n, \qquad \max_X u_t=0. \] where \(t\in (0,1)\) and \[ c_t=\frac{\int_X\omega_t^n}{t^{n-m}\int_XF\omega_X^n}. \] Then \(u_t\) are uniformly bounded. The technical assumptions concern the singular set \(S\) of \(\pi\), where the rank of the form \(\pi^*\omega_Y\) is not maximal. The result is used to obtain some results on the expanding Ricci flow on X \(\frac{\partial\omega(t,\cdot)}{\partial t}=- \text{Ric}(\omega(t,\cdot))-\omega(t,\cdot)\), where \(\pi:X\rightarrow Y\) is a holomorphic fibration such that the first Chern class of \(X\) satisfies \(c_1(X)=-\pi^*\omega_Y\) and \(\dim Y< \dim X\). Then the smooth fibers of \(\pi\) are Calabi-Yau manifolds and there exists a smooth family of functions \(\varphi(t,\cdot)\) such that \(\omega(t,\cdot)=e^{-t}\omega_0+(1-e^{-t})\pi^*\omega_Y +i\partial\overline{\partial}\varphi(t,\cdot)\). If \(Y_0\) is the dense-open subset of \(Y\) over which fibers of \(\pi\) are smooth, then there is an induced holomorphic map from \(Y_0\) into the moduli space of Calabi-Yau manifolds. It is stated in the paper that the fact that solutions \(u_t\) are uniformly bounded implies the following theorem based on earlier results of G. Tian: Suppose that the fibrations \(\pi:X\rightarrow Y\) has no multiple fibers and satisfies the technical assumption on the singular set \(S\), then there is a positive current \(\omega_{\infty}\) on \(Y\) with properties: 1. \(\omega_{\infty}=\omega_Y+i\partial\overline{\partial}\varphi_{\infty}\) for some bounded function \(\varphi_{\infty}\) on \(Y\); 2. \(\varphi_{\infty}\) is smooth on \(Y_0\); 3. \(\varphi(t,\cdot)\) converges to \(\pi^*\varphi_{\infty}\) in some sense; 4. On \(Y_0\), \(\omega_{\infty}\) satisfies the equation for generalized Kähler-Einstein metrics \[ \text{Ric}(\omega_{\infty})=-\omega_{\infty}+f^*\omega_{WP}, \] where \(\omega_{WP}\) denotes the Weil-Petersson metric on the moduli space of Calabi Yau manifolds. In the last section of the paper, the authors give examples of holomorphic fibrations satisfying the assumption on the singular set \(S\).
