Hilbert \(C^*\)-modules are generalizations of Hilbert spaces by allowing the inner product to take values in a \(C^*\)-algebra rather than in the field of complex numbers. Pro-\(C^*\)-algebras are generalizations of \(C^*\)-algebras. The topology of a pro-\(C^*\)-algebra is given by a directed family of \(C^*\)-seminorms instead of a single \(C^*\)-norm. In this paper, the author studies the properties of frames of multipliers in Hilbert modules over pro-\(C^*\)-algebras. It is proved that any Hilbert module over a pro-\(C^*\)-algebra which is countably generated as a multiplier module admits a standard normalized frame of multipliers. The reconstruction formula is verified to be valid for standard normalized frames of multipliers. Note that if the bounded part \(b(E)\) of a Hilbert module \(E\) over a pro-\(C^*\)-algebra \(A\) is a Hilbert \(C^*\)-module over \(b(A)\), and if \(b(E)\) is countably generated in the multiplier module, then \(E\) is countably generated in the multiplier module. This paper shows that if \(b(E)\) admits a standard frame of multipliers, then \(E\) admits a standard frame of multipliers. The notation of dual frame of multipliers is introduced and a necessary and sufficient condition for two frames of multipliers to be dual to each other is also established in this paper.
