Suppose that \(p,q>1\) are real numbers with \(1/p+1/q=1\), and the functions \(f,g\geq 0\) satisfy \(f\in L^p(0,\infty), g\in L^q(0,\infty)\). Then, the Hardy-Hilbert's integral inequality and its equivalent form assert that \[ \int_0^\infty \int_0^\infty \frac{f(x)g(y)}{x+y} \,dx\,dy< \frac{\pi}{\sin(\frac{\pi}{p})} \|f\|_p \|g\|_{q}, \] and \[ \left(\int_0^\infty \left(\int_0^\infty \frac{f(x)}{x+y} \,dx\right)^p \,dy\right)^\frac{1}{p}< \frac{\pi}{\sin(\frac{\pi}{p})} \|f\|_{p}, \] where \(\|f\|_p=(\int_0^\infty f^p(x)\,dx)^{1/p}>0\). One can express these inequalities in terms of Hardy-Hilbert's integral operator. Various extensions of these inequalities are obtained. The aim of the paper is giving another generalization. Indeed, the authors consider a multiple Hilbert-type integral operator with a homogeneous kernel and its norm, and, based on some lemmas, they prove generalizations of the above mentioned Hardy-Hilbert's integral inequality and its equivalent. The results are general, and in order to illustrate them, the authors give some examples at the end of paper.
