Visualization methods are considered for results of principal components analysis (PCA) of microarray data with a relatively small number of subjects (chips, \(n\sim 10-100\)) and a high number of gene expression values for each subject (genes, \(p\sim 10^3-10^4\)). Different gene-plots, chip-plots and gene-chip biplots are considered for real and simulated data. Nearest neighbors plots are also discussed.
