Parallel surfaces in three-dimensional Lorentzian Lie groups (Q971519)

The authors give a complete classification of parallel surfaces in non-symmetric homogeneous Lorentzian three-manifolds. Such ambient spaces were classified in a previous work [J. Geom. Phys. 57, No.~4, 1279--1291 (2007; Zbl 1112.53051)] of the first author, and are certain three-dimensional Lie groups with a left-invariant metric (seven cases). For each case, the parallel surfaces are described. Also, differences with the Riemannian case are pointed out.
