By the weak linking theorem and the local linking theorem, we study the existence of periodic solutions for the following delay non-autonomous systems \[ u(t)+A(t)u(t)+\mu f(t,u(t-r))=0\tag{1} \] where \(r>0\), \(0\neq \mu\in \mathbb{R}\), \(f\in C(\mathbb{R}\times \mathbb{R}^n,\mathbb{R}^n)\) satisfies \(f(t+r,x)=f(t,x)\) for all \(x\in \mathbb{R}^n\), and \(A(t)=(a_{ij}(t))_{n\times n}\) is an anti-symmetric matrix-valued function with \(a_{ij}(t)\in C(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R})\) which is \(r\)-periodic in \(t\) for all \(i,j=1,2,\dots,n\). Based on some variational principle some existence theorems of \(4r\)-periodic solutions of (1) are obtained.
