    Consider the lattice differential equation \[ {du_n\over dt}= (\alpha+\beta u_n+\gamma u^2_n)(u_{n-1}- u_{n+1})\tag{1} \] and the lattice differential system \[ {du_n\over dt}= u_n(v_n- v_{n-1}),\quad {dv_n\over dt}= v_n(u_{n+1}- u_n),\tag{2} \] \(n= 1,2,3,\dots\). The authors determine exact solutions of (1) and (2) by using the ansatz-series \[ u_n(t)= \sum^m_{i=0} a_i\Biggl({\omega_n e^{\Omega t}- Be^{-\Omega t}\over \omega_n e^{\Omega t}- Ce^{-\Omega t}}\Biggr)^i \] or \[ u_n(t)= \sum^m_{i=0} a_i\Biggl({\tau^n\over \tau^{2n} e^{\Omega t}+ Ce^{-\Omega t}}\Biggr)^i. \] By this way, they obtain discrete solitary wave solutions, discrete kink and anti-kink wave solutions and discrete breather solutions with kink and anti-kink character.
