A contact metric \(\left(\kappa ,\mu\right)\)-space is a contact metric manifold \(\left( M,\varphi ,\xi,\eta ,g\right)\) such that the Reeb vector field \(\xi\) satisfies the condition: \[ R_{XY}\xi =\kappa\left(\eta\left( Y\right) X-\eta\left( X\right) Y\right) +\frac{1}{2}\mu\left(\eta\left( Y\right)\left(\mathcal L _{\xi}\varphi\right) X-\eta\left( X\right)\left(\mathcal L _{\xi}\varphi\right) Y\right), \] for some real numbers \(\kappa ,\mu\) and for any \(X,Y\in\Gamma\left( TM\right)\); here \(R\) denotes the curvature tensor field of the Levi-Civita connection. Let \[ I_M =\frac{1-\frac{\mu}{2}}{\sqrt{1-\kappa}}. \] The authors prove that any non-Sasakian contact metric \(\left(\kappa ,\mu\right)\)-manifold with \(I_M\neq\pm 1\) is endowed with a nonflat pair of bi-Legendrian structures, a 3-web structure and a cannonical family of contact and paracontact metric structures satisfying nullity conditions.
