This paper generally deals with the asymptotic behavior of configuration of particles in a compact state space. Particularly, a stochastic network represented by a birth and death process is analyzed, showing that, under some specific assumptions, the configurations of particles converge in distribution for several models. The paper also presents some examples, illustrating the theory.
