The authors study the differences and relations between the uncertainty minimizer and the variance minimizer and it is proposed a mechanism to obtain the variance minimizer. They assert that the classical uncertainty principle can be violated. The entire work is well done presented and the assertion are carefully proved, from this, the paper can represents a base for implementation and comparative test in order to show the practically valuableness of the assertions.
