A finite collection of hyperplanes in a complex vector space \(\mathbb{C}^{l+1}\) (containing the origin) is called a (central) complex \((l+1)\)-arrangement and naturally defines an arrangement in the corresponding complex projective space \(\mathbb{P}^l\). It is a natural and interesting problem to determine the relation between the combinatorics of the arrangement and the topology or differential structure of the complement of the arrangement. The paper under review proposes a notion of nice point arrangements (see Definition 2.8) for which the following holds: it two nice arrangements in the projective space \(\mathbb{P}^l\) have the same combinatorics then their complements are diffeomorphic (see Main Theorem). In particular it is shown that the moduli space of nice points arrangements with the same combinatorics is connected.
