Introducing EuDML, the European Digital Mathematics Library (Q988044)

This is an intermediate report on a current project aiming for an integrated offer of distributed digital content in mathematics in a virtual library with facilitated access for its users, EuDML standing for European Digital Mathematics Library. The report addresses the initial idea of a WDML and its ongoing development, the various projects having developed digital content in mathematics primarily by retro-digitization, and some details of EuDML, like its aims and mission, the partners of the project and its action plan. The design of the prototype to be developed will be open for integrating additional partners after the end of the project.
