Let \(M\) be a connected manifold of dimension \(m\geq 2\) and \(F\) a codimension \(n\) foliation on \(M\). Denote by \(\text{sing}(F)\) the singular set of \(F\). The aim of this paper is to present an interesting variant of a Reeb complete stability theorem for foliations with a certain type of singularities (of Bott-Morse type). The authors study the stability for foliations with singularities using the following result: ``Let \(F\) be a transversely orientable codimension one foliation with Bott-Morse singularities on a manifold \(M\). Assume that \(N\subset\text{sing}(F)\) is a center type component with \(H^1(N;\mathbb{R})= 0\). Then \(N\) is stable.'' The authors deduce the following theorem: ``Let \(F\) be a transversally orientable codimension one foliation with Bott-Morse singularities all of center type on a compact connected manifold \(M\). Assume that \(F\) has some compact leaf \(L\) with \(H^1(L;\mathbb{R})= 0\) or there is a codimension \(\geq 3\) component \(N\subset\text{sing}(F)\) with \(H^1(N;\mathbb{R})= 0\). Then all leaves of \(F\) are compact diffeomorphic and \(F\) is stable.'' Some examples are presented.
