A note on the finiteness property related to derived functors (Q991564)

Let \(R\) be a commutative Noetherian ring and \(M,N\) two finitely generated \(R\)-modules. Let \(t\) be a non-negative integer. For any finitely generated \(R\)-module \(L\) with \(\mathrm{Supp}_RL\subseteq \mathrm{Supp}_RM\), the authors showed that i) \(\mathrm{Supp}_R(\mathrm{Ext}_R^t(L,N))\subseteq \bigcup_{i=0}^t\mathrm{Supp}_R(\mathrm{Ext}_R^i(M,N));\) ii) \(Ass_R(\mathrm{Ext}_R^t(L,N))\subseteq Ass_R(\mathrm{Ext}_R^t(M,N))\cup (\bigcup_{i=0}^{t-1}\mathrm{Supp}_R(\mathrm{Ext}_R^i(M,N))).\)
