Existence theorems are proven for several new quasi-equilibrium problems defined for multi-valued mappings of real topological spaces. These results are demonstrated being useful to prove solution existence theorems for related problems, e.g. systems of vector quasi saddle problem, systems of quasi minimax inequalities, mathematical programming with equilibrium constraints, semi infinite and bilevel problems.
