The paper is devoted to fractional moments of zeta-functions attached to cusp forms, and defined by \[ \frac{1}{T}I_k(T,\sigma)=\frac{1}{T}I_k(T,\sigma,f)=\frac{1}{T}\int_{0}^{T}|\phi(\sigma+it,f)|^{2k}\,dt,\quad k\geq 0, \quad \sigma \geq \frac{\kappa}{2}. \] Here \(f(z)\) is a holomorphic cusp form of weight \(\kappa\) for the full modular group \(\text{SL}_2(\mathbb Z)\), and \( \phi(s,f)=\sum_{m=1}^{\infty}\frac{c(m)}{m^s} \) with \textit{P. Deligne}'s estimates [Publ. Math., Inst. Hautes Étud. Sci. 52, 137--252 (1980; Zbl 0456.14014)]. The authors prove that, when \(k=\frac1n\) (\(n\) is a positive integer) and \(T \to \infty\), then \[ I_k(T,\frac{\kappa}{2}) \gg T(\log T)^{k^2}. \] For the upper bound it is assumed the analogue of the Riemann hypothesis for \(\phi(s,f)\) (all of its nontrivial zeros lie on the critical line \(\sigma=\frac{\kappa}{2}\)). Then, for positive even integer \(n\), \[ I_k(T,\frac{\kappa}{2})\ll T(\log T)^{k^2}. \]
