The ambient obstruction tensor and the conformal deformation complex (Q997112)

The authors introduce a new conformally invariant operator on algebraic Weyl tensors. This provides special curved analogues of certain operators related to the deformation complex and yields the Fefferman-Graham ambient obstruction tensor. This new construction leads the authors to achieve several interesting results in different geometric frameworks.
