Vectorial powers of vectors in unital complex Banach algebras (Q997528)

Let \(A\) be a complex unital Banach algebra. For \(a\in A\), the author defines a continuous group homomorphism \(b\longmapsto b^{a}\), where \(b\) runs in the subgroup \(A_{a}\) of the identity component of invertible elements in \(\exp A\) which commute with \(a\).
