      Let \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) be a bounded domain with locally finite perimeter, such that \(0\in \Omega \) and \(\mathcal{H}^{n}(\partial \Omega )<\infty \). Further, let \(\omega \) denote harmonic measure with respect to \(\Omega \) and \(0\), and let \(h\) denote the Radon-Nikodým derivative of \(\omega \) with respect to surface area measure on \(\partial \Omega \). \textit{J. Lewis} and \textit{A. Vogel} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 130, 443--451 (2002; Zbl 0991.31005)] have shown that, if there exists \(c\) such that \[ \mathcal{H} ^{n}(B(Q,r)\cap \partial \Omega )\leq cr^{n}\quad\text{for all }Q\in \partial \Omega\tag{1} \] and \(r\in (0,1)\), and if \(h\equiv 1\), then \(\Omega \) is the ball of centre \(0 \) and radius \(R\) such that \(\mathcal{H}^{n}(\partial B(0,R))=1\). The present paper demonstrates the stability of this result under small perturbations. More precisely, it is shown that, if (1) holds and \(\left| \log h\right| <\varepsilon \) for \(\varepsilon \) sufficiently small, then \( \Omega \) is a smooth deformation of \(B(0,R)\) (with \(R\) as above) and the Hausdorff distance between \(B(0,R)\) and \(\Omega \) is less than \(4\varepsilon \).
