    Let \( f \) be an even positive continuous function on \( {\mathbb R}^{2n} \) and \( \mu \) be a measure on \( {\mathbb R}^{2n} \) with density \( f \). Denote by \( H_{\xi} \subset {\mathbb C}^n \) complex hyperplanes orthogonal to a unit vector \( \xi \in S^{2n-1} \subset {\mathbb C}^n \) and by \( R_{\theta} \) the complex homothety (or rotation) in \({\mathbb C}^n = {\mathbb R}^{2n} \) with the homothety coefficient \( \exp(i \theta ) \). The author studies the complex Busemann-Petty problem for a measure \( \mu \) as above: Let the bodies \( K , L \subset {\mathbb C}^n \) be convex and origin symmetric with respect to all rotations \( R_{\theta} \). Does the condition \[ \mu (K \cap H_{\xi}) \leq \mu (L \cap H_{\xi}), \quad \forall \xi \in S^{2n-1}, \] imply that \( \mu (K) \leq \mu (L) \)? The Main Theorem of the paper states that this is true for \( n \leq 3 \) and is false for \( n \geq 4 \), as in the real case, and as in the complex case with the standard Lebesgue measure (when \( f \equiv 1 \)) considered in [\textit{A. Koldobsky, H. König} and \textit{M. Zymonopoulou}, Adv. Math. 218, No. 2, 352--367 (2008; Zbl 1141.52007)].
