Aus der Zusammenfassung: An der TU Braunschweig wurde in den letzten Jahren das Softwarepaket MEPO zur effektiven Bearbeitung langrechnender numerischer Optimierungsaufgaben entwickelt. Austauschbare Module sind mit einer Kommunikationsstruktur auf Message-Passing-Basis verbunden. Über flexible Schnittstellen lassen sich vom Benutzer neue Optimierungsroutinen und Gütefunktionen in Module einbetten und in das System integrieren. For the entire collection see [Zbl 0937.00057].
