This paper is an attempt to measure somehow the ``degree of nonisomorphism between two given groups. This is done by using the notions of ``mutation, ``similarity factor, ``evolutive chain and many others (a total of 17 definitions). These concepts are then illustrated through examples related to small order nonisomorphic groups.
