Nevanlinna uniqueness of linear difference polynomials
From MaRDI portal
Using the notion of weighted value sharing [the reviewer, Nagoya Math. J. 161, 193--206 (2001; Zbl 0981.30023)] the authors prove that, under certain conditions, an entire function and its linear difference polynomial coincide. They also prove two more similar results using truncated sharing of values. The theorems of the paper improve some existing results.
