Recently \textit{S. Tanimoto} [J. Optimization Theory Appl. 31, 331-342 (1980; Zbl 0418.90073)] has extended some results in non-differentiable mathematical programming problems to real space. The purpose of this note is to extend these results from real space to the complex space.
