Nonlinear delay systems: Tools for a quantitative approach to stabilization
From MaRDI portal
The main result consists in the construction of comparison systems for retarded systems of the form \[ \dot x(t)= A(t,x_t,d)x(t)+ B(t,x_t,d) x(t-\tau(t)) \] and neutral systems of the form \[ \dot x(t)= A(t,x_t,d)x(t)+ B(t,x_t,d)x(t-\tau(t))+ C(t,x_t,d) \dot x(t-\tau(t)). \] Various stability criteria are obtained using comparison. Such criteria are particularly useful when no other tools (e.g. Lyapunov functionals) are available. For the entire collection see [Zbl 0901.00019].
