Normalization of quantized area using torsion and spin
From MaRDI portal
The authors calculate the change of the physical space-time area due to the torsion induced by a classical spinning particle in Einstein-Cartan theory. They compare the result with the fully quantized area arising from spin-networks and quantum gravity.
