Numerical experimentation with time-series methods for convolution integral equation
From MaRDI portal
The author investigates linear Fredholm integral equations of the first kind on \({\mathbb{R}}\) for kernels of convolution type. For various test problems and error levels approximate solutions of the integral equation are computed and represented graphically. The emphasis of the solution methods lies on the known use of time series and a maximum likelihood function.
