Numerical solution of singular integral equations via initial value methods
From MaRDI portal
Numerical solution of a family of Cauchy singular integral equations is considered. It is established that these equations can be transformed into Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. These equations are then solved by using an imbedding technique which reduces them to initial value problems. No numerical experiments are reported.
