Dans ce travail, l'auteur propose l'approche abstraite des semi-groupes d'opérateurs pour résoudre le système ultra-parabolique suivant: \[ B\cdot u-A(x,\partial_ x)u=f(t,x)\quad dans\quad {\mathcal O}\times {\mathbb{R}}^ n;\quad u|_{\partial {\mathcal O}\times {\mathbb{R}}^ n}=u_ 0, \] où \({\mathcal O}\) est un ouvert \(C^ 1\) de \({\mathbb{R}}^ m\), B un champ de vecteurs \(C^ 1\) sur \(\bar {\mathcal O}\), transverse au bord \(\partial {\mathcal O}\), qui ne s'annule pas dans \({\mathcal O}\) et dont toute courbe intégrale coupe le bord de \({\mathcal O}\) et \(A(x,\partial_ x)\) un système \(n\times n\) elliptique.
