On infinitely supported groups

From MaRDI portal

Let \(G\) be an infinite group and \(X\) be an infinite set of generators of \(G\). If every infinite subset of \(X\) also generates \(G\), then the authors call \(G\) an infinitely supported group by \(X\). In the present article the authors investigate main properties of such groups, especially in abelian case. Also they give some examples in non-abelian case.
