On the number of generalized numerical semigroups
From MaRDI portal
The author investigates the enumeration and asymptotic behavior of generalized numerical semigroups (GNSs). He introduces new notions such as multsets, depth, and partition labelings to extend classical invariants of numerical semigroups. The study provides refined bounds on the number of GNSs -- especially for those of depth \(2\) and analyzes their exponential growth. The author concludes with open problems and future research directions aimed at refining asymptotic estimates and deepening the study of partition labelings.
