On the root vectors of a cylindrical waveguide.

The authors consider a circular cylindrical waveguide with radially varying filling. The completeness of the system of root vectors for a waveguide with permittivity and magnetic permeability of general form has been proved earlier. In the present paper it is shown that the system of root vectors constitutes a basis with brackets.
