Optimal passive systems and semiboundedness of quadratic functionals

The notion of bilaterally \(F\)-passive linear stationary dynamic systems is introduced and it is shown that for transfer function of such system an optimal and minimal \(F\)-passive linear stationary dynamic systems exists and is unique.
