Overall A-optimal balanced incomplete block designs
From MaRDI portal
A necessary and sufficient condition is given to determine overall A- optimality between a balanced incomplete block design and its complementary design. The overall A-optimal balanced incomplete block design for a given number of treatments is determined. These characterizations are provided through simple arithmetical conditions on the parameters of the design.
