The paper extends to partial relations the link existing between classical elementary logic and classical cylindric algebras. The author defines a partial elementary logic system which should provide a basis for the construction of cylindric algebras describing properties of partial relations. This work provides an answer to a problem posed by H. Andréka and I. Németi.
