[Full details of this work will be published in Journal of Functional Analysis.] Feynman path integral is formulated for some class of systems of partial differential equations including the Dirac and Schrödinger equations by generalizing the work by \textit{S. Albeverio} and \textit{R. Hœgh-Krohn} [Mathematical theory of Feynman path integrals. Lect. Notes Math. 523 (1976; Zbl 0337.28009)].
