Projective planes with a doubly transitive projective subplane
From MaRDI portal
Consider a finite projective plane of order \(n\) with a collineation group acting 2-transitively on the points of a subplane of order \(q\). The author shows that \(n\leq q^3\) implies \(n\in \{ q, q^2, q^3\}\).
