Criteria for the constant sign property for real polynomials on a segment

This paper deals with conditions for constant sign of real polynomials on a segment. Since well-known theorems of Markov and Lukach are ineffective for this investigation, the authors study the problem in terms of polynomial coefficients. Criteria of the constant sign property for the fourth degree polynomials are obtained. In addition, the authors generalize these results for some types of higher degree polynomials.
