The author investigates a class of quasilinear ordinary differential equations. Some sufficient conditions guaranteeing existence and uniqueness of a bounded solution are given by using some knowledge of functional analysis. On the basis of these results, the author also considers the absolute stability of the bounded solution and uniform S-dissipativity of the system.
