Convergence of iterates of genuine and ultraspherical Durrmeyer operators to the limiting semigroup: C^2-estimates
From MaRDI portal
Publication:1041633
The authors obtain a general inequality for the degree of approximation of emigroups by iterates of commuting bounded linear operators on Banach spaces. Combining this with a quantitative Voronovskaja-type result, general applications for ultraspherical and genuine Durrmeyer operators are given.
