On linear ordinary differential equations with functionally commutative coefficient matrices
From MaRDI portal
Publication:1190118
The authors deal with the linear system \(\dot x(t)=A(t)x(t)\) where \(A(t)\in R^{n\times n}\) is locally Riemann integrable and \(A(t)A(\tau)=A(\tau)A(t)\). They develop a procedure for obtaining finite- form analytical solutions, and derive a number of stability criteria.
