Construction of nested balanced block designs, rectangular designs and \(q\)-ary codes
Construction of nested balanced block designs, rectangular designs and \(q\)-ary codes
The authors describe new methods of construction of nested BIB designs, nested balanced ternary designs, and rectangular designs from given nested BIB designs and resolvable designs. They also use nested BIB designs to produce new constructions for \(q\)-ary codes.
