A new iterative technique for large and dense linear systems from the MEI method in electromagnetics

A new iterative technique is introduced for large and dense linear systems which originates from the measured equation of invariance (MEI) method in electromagentic fields. A convergence theorem is proved and numerical experiments illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
