Über das Gravitationsfeld einer Kugel aus inkompressibler Flüssigkeit nach der \textit{Einstein}schen Theorie.
Der Verf. gibt eine exakte Lösung der Feldgleichungen für den Fall des statischen kugelsymmetrischen Feldes, wobei aber innerhalb einer Kugel die rechte Seite von Null verschieden ist, und zwar durch den Energietensor einer inkompressiblen Flüssigkeit bestimmt. In den Feldgleichungen \(G_{\mu \nu}=-\kappa(T_{\mu \nu}- \frac 12 g_{\mu \nu} \varSigma_\sigma T_\sigma^\sigma)\) ist \(T_1^1=T_2^2=T_3^3=-p\), \(T_4^4=\varrho_0\), wo \(p\) der Druck, \(\varrho_0\) die Ruhdichte der Flüssigkeit ist. Der Verf. setzt das Linienelement in denselben Variablen wie bei seiner Behandlung des Massenpunktes an (Berl. Ber. 1916, 189 ff.). Nur an Stelle der Koordinate \(n_1=\frac{r^3}{3}\) wird hier \[ \sin\chi=\sqrt{\frac{\kappa \varrho_0}{3}} \root 3 \of{r^3+\varrho_0} \] eingeführt. Für das Linienelement außerhalb der Flüssigkeit ergibt sich dann dasselbe Maß\ wie beim Massenpunkt, innerhalb derselben aber: \[ ds^2=\left( \frac{3 \cos \chi_\alpha - \cos \chi}{2} \right)^2 dt^2 - \frac{3}{ \kappa \varrho_0} [d \chi^2 + \sin^2 \chi d \vartheta^2 + \sin^2 \chi \sin^2 \vartheta d \varphi^2], \] wo \(\chi_\alpha\) der Wert von \(\chi\) bei Annäherung an die Oberfläche der Kugel von außen her ist. Das dreidimensionale räumliche Linienelement innerhalb der Flüssigkeit (der Wert von \(-ds^2\) für \(dt=0\)) ist das Linienelement eines sphärischen Raumes von der konstanten Krümmung \(\sqrt{\frac{\kappa \varrho_0}{3}}\).
