On the distribution of the set of points \((\lambda n \theta)\).
\textit{Hardy} und \textit{Littlewood} (Acta Math. 37, 155; F. d. M. d. Bd. S. 305) haben die Verteilung der Zahlen \((a^n \theta)\) \(((x) = x -[x],\) wo \([x]\) die größte ganze Zahl in \(x\) bezeichnet) untersucht, wo \(a\) eine positive ganze Zahl und \(\theta\) irrational ist. Der Verf. verallgemeinert einige ihrer Resultate auf die Menge \((\lambda_n \theta),\) wo \(\{\lambda_n\}\) eine Folge ganzer Zahlen von der Eigenschaft \[ \frac {\lambda_n}{\lambda_{n-1}}>\beta^{n^{-1+\zeta}}\quad (\zeta>0, \;\beta>1) \] bezeichnet.
