Die Gleichung \(f(x)=0\) sei vom Grade \(2n\). Lösung dieser Gleichung für den Fall, daß\ zwischen jedem der \(n\) Wurzelpaare die Relation a) \(\alpha_r+\beta_r=2h\) oder b) \(\alpha_r\beta_r=h^2\,[r=1,2,\dots,n]\) besteht. Anwendung auf die beiden Gleichungen 6. Grades a) \(f(x)\equiv x^6-9x^4+19x^4+21x^3- 112x^2+120x-40=0,\) b) \(f(x)\equiv 2x^6-7x^5-50x^4+124x^3+300x^2- 252x-432=0\).
