A modified Zener model of a viscoelastic body
From MaRDI portal
Publication:1597656
The author studies a generalized Zener model for uniaxial isothermal deformation of a viscoelastic body. A generalization of Zener model leads to a fractional derivative type model. Entropy inequality and minimum of free energy are used to determine coefficients in the constitutive equation.
