New characterizations of Sobolev metric spaces

Abstract: We provide new characterizations of Sobolev ad BV spaces in doubling and Poincare metric spaces in the spirit of the Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu and Nguyen limit formulas holding in domains of R^N.
