Schubert filtration for simple quotients of generalized Verma modules
In an earlier paper [J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 38, 229-240 (1998; Zbl 0926.17006)], \textit{V. Futorny} and \textit{V. Mazorchuk} constructed a Weyl-type character formula for the simple quotient, \(L(\lambda,p)\), of an \(\alpha\)-stratified generalized Verma module over a simply-laced finite-dimensional simple complex Lie algebra, where a module is called \(\alpha\)-stratified for some root \(\alpha\) if the root vectors \(X_{\pm \alpha}\) act injectively. From the earlier result, the authors of this paper derive a Demazure character formula for the same modules. Next, using O. Mathieu's localization procedure, the authors construct a Schubert filtration for these simple modules.
